Lactosym can be fed to all avain species from ostriches to game birds and canaries. It is a multi strain probiotic. It stimulates growth in chicks, restores beneficial bacteria to the gut of sick or stressed birds , increases the vigour of breeding birds and improves chick survival rates.

Robert Broadbent of Stow Veterinary Practice says:
“Lactosym given at or soon after hatch establishes a benevolent microfauna in the gut which, when combined with a good level of husbandry gives the bird a good chance of being able to fight off pathogens”

Application: Add to fruit, soft food or soaked seed : Finches/canaries - 1 drop per bird, 1ml per 30 birds; Budgies - 2 drops per bird, 1 ml per 15 birds; Cockatiels - 4 drops per bird, 2.5 mls per 10 birds; African Greys - 15 drops per bird, 1 ml per pair.

Do not use in the same drinking water as Aviclens (Saniclens).
Add to water 5 ml per litre.
